Progress is moving swiftly at Trifecta on Redmile, with significant milestones reached across the property. Roofing has been completed on 8 out of 10 buildings, and exterior painting is progressing well, with 2 buildings already finished.
The first set of new windows has been installed and wrapped on one entire building, as well as in all unoccupied units. The next building is scheduled to begin window installation on November 4th, 2024. Additionally, awnings have been removed from select buildings, with new ones currently in fabrication.
Inside, 23 units have been demoed, and crews are actively working on rough-ins for plumbing, electrical, and HVAC systems. Minor framing corrections have been made, and floor replacements are in progress. Drywall has been completed in 9 units, and 2 units are fully painted, awaiting flooring installation. In windowless units, 6 tubs and inserts have been set, bringing these spaces closer to completion.
