HAMBURG EAST
This 86-Acre land development in Lexington, Kentucky is one of Lexington’s largest developments currently proposed. Located immediately adjacent to the new Baptist Health Hamburg medical campus (currently under construction) on Polo Club Boulevard, our development corners I-75 and US-60 (Winchester Road), and is perfectly situated to provide value inside the Urban Service Boundary. Our Economic Development (ED) zone allows a wide variety of uses from residential to medical, and manufacturing to restaurants.
We are working our way through the necessary approvals and expect to break ground within a year.
