COMMUNITIES CALLED HOME
Difference in the Details
Cowgill is a family-owned company that understands the importance of feeling at home. No matter how long you’ve been with us. Through exceptional service and reliable management, we deliver valued resident experiences that make our apartment communities more than just a place to live.
Our founder, Norwood Cowgill, Jr., invested in student rentals near the University of Kentucky in the 60s and later established Cowgill in Lexington, KY to specialize in the long-term ownership, repositioning, and development of multi-family communities.
In addition to managing our own portfolio, we partner with local and out of state investors to provide third party management services. We believe in constantly improving, standing by our word and holding every team member accountable.
