Short post this week!
Cowgill is doing all we can to make sure that we stay on top of the COVID-19 pandemic. At the end of the day we are a service based company and we plan to do all we can during these uncertain times to continue delivering exceptional service and reliable management. We have limited our on-site team’s exposure by closing our offices and are relying on phone and email communication to continue our operations. Our management and leasing team have continuously expressed their desire to serve their communities and make sure their residents stay safe.
We recognize that shutting down all common areas across our communities (except laundry rooms) is inconvenient for our residents, but we believe we need to do our part in protecting the communities we serve by following government guidelines.
We aren’t sure when we will be able to reopen our amenities but we hope it is sooner rather than later. We will continue to communicate with our residents as we have more information.
