This three story, 36-unit development was designed to compliment The Flats at 345 and add density to downtown Lexington.

Parking will be at the rear of the lot and accessible through The Flats at 345 parking lot entrance. We have agreed to install 2 speed tables on Blackburn Avenue as part of this development to slow traffic. Our team has looked at lighting concerns raised by neighbors and we believe we will be able to primarily use existing lighting at The Flats at 345 to illuminate the new parking lot and will only add new lights as necessary.

The units will feature granite countertops, stainless steel appliances, in-unit washer dryers, and electronic access control. All residents at the Blackburn Development will be granted access to the amenities at The Flats at 345.

We continue to take neighborhood feedback seriously and are altering our preliminary development plan to better incorporate into the mixed-use area by increasing our setback, reducing building size, adding an entrance to the front, and reducing on street parking along street keep it narrow as a traffic calming measure. Additionally, we have altered our building design to break up the building facade and we have agreed to install a shelter and bench for the transit stop on Fourth Street.
