This three story, 33-unit development was designed to compliment studios180 and add density to downtown Lexington. We will offer 12 studio apartments and 21 one bedroom apartments that include all utilities and gated off-street parking.

The units will feature quartz countertops, stainless steel appliances, in-unit washer dryers, and electronic access control. All residents at the 184 Development will be granted access to the amenities at studios180.
