Kentucky Bar Association ("KBA") since 1962.
You can find an opinion in any of three ways:

KBA Formal Ethics Opinions are advisory opinions about what lawyers may and may
not do in Kentucky.
The KBA is an agency of the Supreme Court of Kentucky. SeeSupreme Court Rule (SCR) 3.025.
The KBA issues formal ethics opinions pursuant to
Supreme Court Rule 3.530.
