Kentucky Attorney Advertising Rules & Regulations

The Supreme Court of Kentucky regulates the advertisement of legal services in the Commonwealth. It does so through a series of Supreme Court Rules in Part 7 of the Kentucky Rules of Professional Conduct (Supreme Court Rule 3.130), which is titled "Information About Legal Services."  

Pursuant to those Rules, the Kentucky Attorneys' Advertising Commission (AAC) has adopted regulations that set forth requirements for the submission of advertisements and standards for the review of those advertisements.
